ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT We represent Venture Norfolk, a not-for-profit corporation based in Simcoe. Venture Norfolk is seeking a new team member who thrives in a small office environment requiring adaptation of skills to a variety of responsibilities; possesses strong computer and communication skills; and, takes pride in supporting the small business community of Norfolk County. Responsibilities: -administrative support for small business lending activities -secretarial support for General Manager and Board of Directors -coordinating logistics for special events -support bookkeeping for lending and operational activities Qualifications: -minimum 5 years administrative experience -sound competence in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 50 -expertise in database management and applications -experience in accounting is an asset -strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills -excellent organization and time management Please send your cover letter and resume, including 3 references (must include e-mail or fax numbers for references to be considered) By Friday May 26 to: Bryan Slaney, Slaney Management Consulting slaney81@gmail.com
